Please note that all payments must be made in US Dollars. For U.S Customers All shipping within U.S. is free. We do shipping every week days. Therefore, orders from weekends will be shipped out on Monday. All price currencies listed on our website are in US dollars. Please allow us 1-2 days to process your orders after we receive your order forms and payment. Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive transaction notice. It might take up to 14 days to receive your handbags and accessories, and cosmetics might take up to 5-7 days. For customers who want to expedite their orders ,there will be additional fees. Milanlux declines any responsibility for delays caused by the Post Office, by customs clearance procedures or those of other regulatory agencies or delays caused by Acts of Good. Meanwhile, it is your responsibilities to pay the local customs duties. Shipping Information: We ship worldwide and use USPS and Fedex as our primary courier. Most orders placed after 3PM PST ship the same day, provided that it is a business day. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be provided. For Outside U.S Customers USPS International Express Mail (outside U.S): It may take up to 3 weeks depending on a country.. Confirmation number will be provided. All orders are subject to verification (which could delay processing). In stock items will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Other items which are not in stock may be shipped out in 7 to 14 business days. If delivery time is concerned, please contact our customer service. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: * Returns are NOT accepted if the security device is cut. * You may return *only* unused items (handbags accessories and beauty items) in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or a refund. We place tremendous effort to insure that every product is in top notch condition and in order to achieve this standard, we will only accept returns that have not been worn, altered, or washed. * If any of the above conditions are not met, Milanlux reserves the right to refuse the return. * Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Other claims In no event shall Milanlux.com, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, or product information received from our suppliers, Milanlux.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. IMPORTANT: In case of a full refund or in case of changed price of an item(s) the customer agrees and is fully aware that he/she will NOT and CAN NOT take legal actions against the company (Milanlux.com) based on 15 U.S.C. § 1125 a, b, c or d. Milanlux.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
